These oven mitts are made by the talented women of Anchal Project, a nonprofit social enterprise that addresses the exploitation of women around the world by using design thinking to create employment opportunities, products and markets that support empowerment. Anchal means “the decorative edge of a sari used to provide comfort and protection to loved ones.”
